I love this spot! Great, fun staff! Food is above average for a bar. My personal favorite wings in the city (Gene's Crunchy Wings). The burgers are good too. Tons of 55" TVs so there's not a bad seat in the house! Definitely in my top 2 bars for watching sporting events!
We had brunch. My husband had the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and he said it was really good. I had the French toast and it was amazing. We will go back and try other things on the menu.
I had the most wonderful chicken pot pie! The service was great. I Lots of good stuff, with good service close to my house. I will definitely go back!
I been coming to this spot for 7 years! I normally get the usual. Tenders dipped/bow wow flavor with fries. Fries cooked soft. Due to them being cut so small and thin it will be hard/crispy. Easily dries up. I’m big on fries so it’s a turn off if my fries cold. So I ask for them to not sit in the grease long. So I recommend to do. . Then a side of there jalapeno cheese stick. Which I love a lot.. Over the years different faces with the servers and management, though I always get a good experience when I stop by. Only at this location! O ‘ yeah prices change on drinks , those prices in the picture was at that time. Lol I recommend this spot. Also have several televisions mounted on the walls . So you be able to watch the game on either one. A mixer of a selection. Great place over all ...
What can I say except wow!!!! This was my first time visiting double dogs. My wife, daughter and I decided to stop by shortly after they opened. We ordered the onion rings to start with. They were absolutely fantastic. Great breading and fried just right. They actually take the membrane off before cooking. This made them extremely easy to eat. The dipping sauce tasted like a chipotle sauce. Extremely satisfying. I ordered the breakfast burger. The order came out very quickly. The burger came open face with the egg on top sunny side up. Once you put the bun together the yolk breaks covering the entire burger in yolk. It was heaven in every bite. Great tasting bacon on top as well. The burger was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Absolutely a great burger. And only 12.99. A very good value My wife ordered the stroganoff Mac and cheese and didn’t leave disappointed. Great flavor with large noodles and thick creamy cheese. The meat was soft and tasty and mixed in perfectly. Cooked to perfection. Definitely a winner that I myself will order next time. Highly recommend! My daughter order the buffalo chicken salad. The chicken was tasty with lots of buffalo sauce. The salad was fresh with ole of greens to mix in. Definitely a good salad. Give Double Dogs a try when your in the area. Will not disappoint.
We stopped in for a quick dinner, not really knowing what to expect. I'm so glad we found ourselves here! I love mac & cheese, and this place certainly raised my standards. The East Tennessee mac & cheese was to die for! Highly recommend! Large portions for a reasonable price.
In Nashville for CMA fest and decided on Double Dogs as only a walk from our hotel. Food was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and I can say I officially had my first Tennessee craft beer, I believe in Nashville. Wonderful blonde golden ale.
Great little stop and loved that we could bring our fur baby since we were traveling and wanted something other than fast food. Loved the Macaroni and Cheese (this was a side but more than enough for a meal) chicken pot pie was good but chicken was a little overcooked and hubby had the Big John Burger which was very messy so he ended up eating it with a knife and fork. It was cool outside and they turned the heaters and fireplace on on the patio without us even asking.
